Challenge
The website was slow, hard to navigate, expensive to maintain and complicated to develop new features. The partner ad integrations were implemented with old APIs and were poorly incorporated in the design, leading to a poor conversion rate.
Solution
The overall goal was to build a site that was faster to load and easier to edit and navigate, providing users with more useful information and increasing the number of leads generated.
We handled the entire redesign and provided a dedicated scrum team for the development process.
